Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love every fragrance you purchase, but in the rare event of concerns, please review our guidelines below:

  • No Return on Opened/Used Products: Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or delivered.

  • Damaged / Defective Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped product, you must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Skin / Ingredient Sensitivities: Since perfumes contain natural extracts and blended ingredients, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. A skin patch test is recommended before full use.


Refund Policy

Refund requests will be processed as per the conditions below:

  • Damage / Defect Refund: In case of damaged or defective products, refunds or replacements will be initiated after verification within 4–7 business days.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged, broken, or incorrect deliveries, an unboxing video showing the unopened product & original packaging is required.

  • How to Request Refund: Email us at support@paramparaperfume.com or contact us via phone with the subject “Refund Request – [Order Number]” along with unboxing proof within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Tampered Package Delivery: If the package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately.

  • Non-Delivery Claims: If your order is marked delivered but not received, you must report the issue within 48 hours. After inspection, a resolution will be provided within 3–4 working days.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take 5–6 business days to reflect. COD refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 5–6 working days.


Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, broken, or found defective on arrival:

  • No returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unused products unless damaged/defective.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • For missing or incorrect items, contact customer care within 24 hours with valid proof (unboxing photos/videos).

  • In transit damage (broken/leaked/missing items) must be reported within 24–36 hours.

  • After verification, refunds or replacements are processed within 3–4 working days.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Here is how cancellations work:

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch. A 2% payment gateway fee will apply to prepaid order cancellations.

  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If returned, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment source within 4–5 business days.
