Shipping Origin

All orders are dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse, where products are carefully packed and processed to ensure safe and timely delivery.


Free Express Shipping

We offer Free Express Shipping across India on all orders placed with Parampara Perfume.


Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–4 working days

  • Rest of India: Delivery may take 7–8 working days, depending on your pin code and location.


Shipping & Delivery Hours

  • Delivery Window: Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Holidays: No dispatch or delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed during these days will be processed on the following business day.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email & WhatsApp notification along with a tracking number. You may track your shipment via our website, WhatsApp tracking link, or by contacting our customer support.


Signature / OTP Authentication

To ensure secure delivery, all orders require either a mandatory signature or an OTP shared on the registered mobile number.
If you are unavailable to receive the package, please ensure that an authorized person is present to sign or confirm the OTP on your behalf.


Handling Damaged or Missing Orders

  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team on the same day of delivery with clear unboxing photos or video proof. We will assist you with a refund, exchange, or replacement.

  • Missing Items: For missing items, report to us immediately along with clear photos/video proof of the received package. Our team will verify and resolve the issue promptly.


Courier Delays & External Conditions

We ship through trusted courier partners; however, delays may occur due to weather, operational issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Parampara Perfume will not be liable for third-party delays.

In some cases, real-time tracking may temporarily not reflect updates. If you face any difficulty, feel free to reach out to our support team.


Special Shipping Conditions

  • Incorrect Address: Please carefully verify your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address entries.


Returns & Exchanges for Shipping-Related Issues

  • Products Damaged During Transit: Contact customer support with your order ID and photo/video proof within 48 hours to initiate a refund, replacement, or exchange.

  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return pickup and send a replacement or process a refund.

  • Unopened Returns: If the product is unused and sealed but you wish to return it, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.
